The Institute of Customer Service UK Customer Satisfaction Awards 2020
At the 2020 UK Customer Satisfaction Awards, hosted by The Institute of Customer Service (opens in a new tab), Liaison Group was announced as the winners of the award for “Best Return on Customer Service Investment” award.
The awards recognises organisations that have implemented successful customer strategies, and are judged by industry experts, business leaders and academics.
The Rewards 2019 – Best Business Award (Over 100 staff)
The Rewards are the industry’s leading independent payroll awards. They are independently judged and culminate in a prestigious black-tie dinner and ceremony at The London Hilton Bankside, providing an excellent forum for celebrating success and unparalleled networking opportunities.
In presenting Liaison Group with the Best Business Award, it was stated that:

Specialist Payroll Provider of The Year 2017/2018
In 2017 and 2018 we were awarded the title of Specialist HR & Payroll Provider of The Year at the Rewards Payroll Awards. The award is in recognition of our TempRE service which enables trusts and boards to directly engage temporary workers to provide greater transparency, visibility and control and to reduce costs.
In 2019 we were shortlisted as finalists for the HSJ Partnership Awards for Workforce Innovation and Procurement Support or Service Project of the Year and the HPMA Award for Workforce Contribution in Health & Social Care Systems.
Our ongoing systematic approach to managing sensitive company and customer information includes protecting data in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 and we continually training staff in Data Protection, ISO27001 and Caldicott Guardian Training.
Liaison’s stringent controls mean we are granted access to the NHS N3 network and we are a CAG approved Controlled Environment for Finance (CEfF) which allows us legal access to PID required to protect funds.
QEC – UKAS Management Systems
Our QEC certification sets the standard for how we conduct our business by adopting the best possible practices within the industry. Not only does the certification demonstrate how streamline and effective our processes are, but also helps to ensure that as a company, we are continually improving for the benefit of our stakeholders.
The Information Security Management System applies to the Liaison Information System and relevant assets, incorporating public and private sector business activities such as Financial Management including VAT reviews, Account Payable reviews, Continuing Healthcare Assessments and Workforce Management including temporary workforce solutions, staff bank services, cost control and workforce effectiveness analysis to NHS Organisations, Government Departments, Charities and Educational and Application and Systems Development.

The Crown Commercial Service certification shows our compliance to working within EU and UK procurement regulations. By adhering to this standard, our stakeholders can be confident we are providing them with efficient and cost-effective services.
HFMA Corporate Partner
The HFMA acts as a professional body for finance staff in healthcare and aims to promote the highest standards of finance and governance. We work in association with HFMA to develop effective marketing communications and strategies that will help deliver our organisational objectives, whilst demonstrating our support for their services.
