Liaison Group has supported the Academy of Fabulous Stuff, a website and archive of inspirational ideas and best practice from around the NHS, for a number of years and continues to supports its aims of sharing practices and actions that have worked well for trusts and health boards, for other NHS organisations to benefit from.
On Wednesday 21 October, the Academy of Fabulous Stuff will be hosting their annual conference online. #FabChange20 will this year be a day of celebrating, reflecting, sharing and learning from COVID-19, and Liaison Group look forward to sharing their own learnings from working with NHS organisations during the pandemic to support wellbeing within workforces.
Throughout the day, you will be able to view an interview between Liaison Workforce’s Stuart Sinclair and Linsey Richards, Head of HR at the Lead Employer Trust, Health Education England North East, on How collaborative working can build a stronger and sustainable workforce: A case study from Northumbria Healthcare NHS FT.
